I don't think that's his "real" nostr npub.
The guy is blown away by the response, I don't think he managed to create a profile on nostr.
2 days before the video/tune blew up, he recorded a 10 min video from his phone, hoping that the release of his music would touch people and help with anyone struggling. Little did he know then what was about to happen.
I wish he had made a nostr profile and posted the full song here, I'm sure he would have been zapped beyond belief. As for YT, he got enormous reach but I doubt that's translated to any $
