I just processed the garlic - after putting it in the garage to dry for a few weeks. Twenty one cloves in all. They are small, but should keep us in garlic for a while.

Process = Stems removed. Roots removed. Dirty outer layer of skin removed. Stored in egg crates in the pantry.

This is a hardneck garlic - it has a single row of cloves around a central stem, making it less fiddly to use than softneck (which is your typical grocery store variety).
