I just filed my proposed Amended Complaint in the environmental whistleblower DOL case. I was able to merge all the toxic dump (CERCLA) & dumping (RCRA, Clean Air Act, TSCA) complaints, & I incorporated facts from Apple's surprise discovery docs. I apologized to DOL its hours late but explained Apple made me very sad.
