The instance I'm on (vis.social) is _extremely_ carefully moderated, and we're defederated from a number of instances with known bad actors or poor moderation/administration - it's likely I couldn't see the activity. If you're inundated with crap replies, consider looking at a smaller instance that keeps the nazis & trollls out!
