Stayed at the Norfolk Waterside Sheraton this weekend for an event we had to attend. Wow. It's truly terrible. 2 out of 4 elevators operational so it was literally taking people 30 minutes waiting for an elevator to go down to checkout. I took our luggage, divided it amongst the kids, and we walked it all down 8 flights of stairs because forget that nonsense.
Everything about the hotel was terrible other than the location. 0.5 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.
