None of those affect the bioavailability of protein in plant foods, they’re just problems we need to contend with that animal protein doesn’t present.
Not bioavailable means the body cannot break down what “traps” it enough to access it and use it. If plant proteins were not bio available at all, vegans would literally be starving to death (and fast) instead of simply undernourished.
I won’t deny that animal proteins are more efficient sources of protein, but it isn’t true to say that plant protein is actually unavailable, at least due to the factors you named.
