Sure, I get how wikipedia is tiny and volunteer driven, and as a consequence things like this may not be high priority.
However I still want to highlight the issue that this *could* be a lot more frictionless in India. Indian payment systems are not as cumbersome as US payment systems, and I would be happy to see a deeper integration someday. If the Indian govt has some regulatory restriction here (which it well may), I would be glad to read more about it.
