The president of the US not only rules over the people that voted in the election, the power of American Imperialism is such that whomever is the president will impose America's will (that is, the will of Wall street and the Military Industrial complex) on almost every country in the world, by any means from sanctions and blackmail to war and murder.
Trump, Kamala, Biden or Vance serve the same broad interests.
