An important thing to remember when it feels like your present circumstances will be forever and that a particular day will never end:
Look at a clock. It keeps moving. Time IS moving forward. The idea of impermanence is comforting, but sometimes you need something 'real' to look at and see for yourself that time is passing and a particularly bad day will not last forever simply because time won't allow it to.
Again, a bad day won't last forever because time will not allow it to.
