Thank you!! They like to scan the food at the grocery store for me and they are always paying close attention to the total so I’ve gently reminded them that it’s important to eat the food that needs to be kept cool first to not waste food or “money” and because it’s what should always be consumed first since it’s the most nourishing for their growing bodies. I also remind them of what to eat and what to avoid when they want to win a sport competition at school and that seems to really stick in their minds!
