Basic kitchenaid dough (really good) and 2.5 C of flour was plenty for a 15\" and a similar sized baking pan pizza. I highly recommend this sauce recipe : https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/233549/dads-ultimate-pizza-sauce/ , we made our own including the tomato paste, most ingredients from our garden. Anyhow really enjoyed a thin ham/pineapple and a very thick all dressed 10 layer version. Cooking with family is always time well spent!\n\nhttps://cdn.mastdn.ca/media_attachments/files/111/319/367/504/256/559/original/4f66202a8d1e495a.jpg",
