Here's what I have on Nostrudel, on desktop over WIFI. (Don't have a setup like this on mobile, or the subscriptions will crush you. 😅)
When I use any other app over WIFI, or I am on mobile Internet, then only mailboxes and my local/personal relay. It's enough, trust me.
