5 things I’ve learned the hard way:
1 - don’t skip sunscreen. I don’t care who you are, what age you are, use sun protection
2 - feed your curiosity. Never let that part of you die.
3 - never take anything personal. Because it most likely isn’t.
4 - if you love someone, TELL THEM. You will probably never regret telling them, but you most certainly will regret choosing not to.
5 - drink more water. If you even question whether or not you’ve had enough, you haven’t.
