What you don’t understand Vitor, is that every individual has agency - ie. a choice.
They can choose to go to jail, or they can choose a myriad other options. They can choose to start firebombing politicians homes, they can choose to start a militia and go abduct bureaucrats, they can choose to storm parliament and hang everyone. You know - CHOICES.
You’re working on the side of disallowing choices. You’re seeking to help those with the monopoly on violence for god knows what reason.
