At the very least, I think everyone who tests positive for Flu A should be tested for H5 family to see if we're getting cryptic spread. Flu is at a low eb right now and this wouldn't be nearly as many tests as you'd think.
We absolutely need to be establishing the infrastructure now to test for H5 at scale across the US as well.
