Dutch government is attempting to declare an "asylum crisis", which would allow it to bypass parliament & exercise emergency powers directly. Meanwhile government lawyers have declared that there is no crisis that justifies such action. 90 cowards in Dutch parliament (a majority) voted yesterday that they are fine with being bypassed.
