"noticed you were idle in teams" or being met with an instant question the second you open it up first thing in the morning? as a developer I can easily see someone working on code being productive with their ide full screen and just not going over to teams that often. Teams going into idle and that person being reprimanded for not working. I’ve heard so many fucking stories of this. IM and Statuses are the single worst thing to happen.
