I’m sorry you faced so many obstacles. I know my ethnicity has been an unfair advantage for me in many ways. I tried to balance that as best I could by supporting career ladder programs in my work life. Some of the top people I ever worked with got their promotions that way without having a college education. And it is obvious that you are very intelligent and well informed person despite those obstacles.
