So, anyone heard of those gravity storage systems like from the company Energy Vault?
Anyways, they've built a 100 MW one in China now. Because they don't actually make economic or thermodynamic sense, I'm suspecting that they might have built it in order to help their construction industry which is suffering so badly.
Yes, it's amazing how fast they can get things built in China. No, I don't want things to get pushed down our throats that fast here though.
