Bitcoin is letting me lower rent on my residential investment real estate. My exit will be to sell to homeowners with coaching on how to get a loan that includes the house and some Bitcoin. My current state is to maintain sustainable portfolio balances while deflating the rental economy in my corner of it. Not bullish enough.
