I'm increasingly convinced that whitening toothpaste is a scam
It works, but not well. It's highly abrasive to remove surface stains, but removes enamel causing sensitivity. It contains bleaching agents, but not enough to do anything but damage gums. Strips are effective because they can use the necessary concentrations of bleach without damaging your gums
Sensitivity toothpaste exists to solve the problems of whitening toothpaste which are less effective than strips
Buy regular use strips
