Have to say, I'm not a CI professional and don't know if the default is for the workflow to get triggered, like, always, regardless of the context or the event that took place – it is not what I would personally assume, although that also makes sense but this seems to be what the documentation seems to be insinuating.

Is there a link to the workflow? Did that previously work? I could ask some other community members about it that know more, the docs may need fixing. ^n0toose
