Thinking about work and reflecting on one of the most moving things I’ve witnessed. Men going
from:
-I don’t believe in therapy
-Therapy is soft/feminine/weak
-Hypermasculinity
-Emotionally closed off
to:
-Aware and conscious
-Emotionally intelligent
-Authentic
-Quoting me to their friends (😅)
Men, therapy isn’t soft or a sign of weakness. Therapy gives you the freedom to deconstruct who you’re “supposed to be” as a man and become who you truly are. You deserve that kind of freedom and fulfillment.
(Also, you hold the most power in our society so we collectively need you to do “the work” lol)
