Something like 4 million people were in the Women's March in 2017. It was peaceful and had basically zero impact.
It wasn't perceived as a threat.
Around 20 million people participated in the George Floyd and BLM protests in 2020 and the results were considerably different, weren't they?

They were deemed violent because they posed a threat to the class and racial hierarchy.
