I've been pleased to see more movement toward building project teams. That's going to be essential, going forward, as one person will soon be drowning in some of these code-bases, and it's actually really difficult to wear all of the hats of a project team on one head.

Also, just fucking depressing never having anyone to talk to about the stuff you're working on, who might actually try to understand it or care enough to really help you.
