Ooohh, this is a great article! I have one of those bowflex^^TM adjustable-weight bells, and done a little work with it off-and-on, so I'm not a total noob. It is fine for swings, but hurts my wrists on cleans 😢
I have a bead on a 16kg bell, and will keep an eye out for 24 and 32. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise with me. I am also getting a rowing machine for winter cardio 👍
