my 85 year old mother refuses to use any “modern” convenience beyond that available to her 60 years ago. If she needs to bank, she drives to the small local credit union. She will not shop online. Uses a smart phone only to take or make calls. And that was begrudgingly out of necessity.
There are times it is frustrating and inefficient AND I think she made a smart decision.
