This is one of the reasons I haven’t looked into things like Fedimint or eCash much.
Your funds are held in a mint that you have to trust and if it disappears, you mess something up or don’t understand it your funds are gone.
I know this is all new but this stuff gets caught up in the Nostr hype and seems dangerous to new people coming into Bitcoin.
