That said, as a user of npub.pro for both my personal profile and my Nostr Reviews (npub1rsv…4dke) profile, I can tell you that long-form content posted to any Nostr client that allows you to post it will show up on your npub.pro site. Primal, as far as I know, still doesn't allow you to POST long-form content, even though it will display it. You would need to use something like habla.news, YakiHonne (npub1yzv…rf8q), or highlighter.com to post the long-form content, and it will then show up on your npub.pro site as an article.
I believe there is also a way to have your kind 1 notes show up on the site, but I would only recommend that for a specialized npub for that purpose. Not your main npub.
