You can’t visit Florence without having an authentic Florentine steak!
I was told it’s a compliment to the chef to eat the steak right to the bone so of course I finished it off like a savage. Let it be known I typically like my steak well done while a Florentine steak is cooked rare. Not only did I enjoy it but I took on a Canadian vs American challenge. I would say I did well considering it took two men to finish the steak on the left to the bone and I can only eat so much!
