Doing some UI/UX cleanup.. and comparing to some similar systems UI's. While pretty, they are slow, obtuse and were designed by committees that never ever ever took a tech support call for a "how do I.." or "where would I". My stuff won't win design awards.... but it doesn't generate support issues either.
