I was recently diagnosed with ocular migraines/ migraines with aura. (I'm okay.)
I was told I should try green chromotherapy, so I added a green light setting to my HomeKit and bought a pair of lightly tinted green lenses.
So, if you've been wondering where I've been the past few weeks, I changed my name to Dorothy, became best friends with a wizard, and now we live in Oz together!
