You know when a muscle in your lower abdomen twitches, and it feels like a baby kicking? If you don’t know, now you know.
I won’t be pregnant. I have a Mirena, and I’m closer to 44 than 43. Also, it’s a terrible idea. We would be fine. But it’s not in our plan for our 50s.
But I still get sad sometimes.
Not rational, but that’s okay.
Naming that feeling so it has some place to go… 💙
