Has anyone noticed with Xcode 15.1 betas where builds will error with a non-zero exit code saying something like:
Conflicting options '-warnings-as-errors' and '-suppress-warnings'
I'm not explicitly supplying `-suppress-warnings` anywhere, and I even disabled all the Xcode build settings that suppress warnings. SwiftDriver just seems to be appending it regardless of what I tell it to do
