What is cleat to me is that the so called "international institutions" are showing their obsolescence. In particular, the UNSC with its system of veto power for the winners of WW2. That system only maintains an asymmetry that benefits the West at the cost of the rest of the world, hence allowing violations to the UN charter and the Genocide convention as Israel's actions in the last 20 months, that include a genocide and bombing of 5 West and Central Asia countries.
