Why are these conversations always about the software, and never about the people?
I agree all the content here can (has been) crawled, and suspect there are already silent AP relays indexing everything in real time.
P92/Threads won't be Meta adding us to their crawl graph - it's about an extended network of people. Mostly people who Mastodon could never reach on its own, anyway.
