i dont think having cats indoors is abuse to be clear i think the forcing them to be is. if the cats just dont wanna go out, whether already hurt by it in raising or other reasons, its whatever. but i dont think they shuold be forced to stay in. they are not your slaves they are having a pet relationship with you by choice and caring/staying as your owner. if they dont wanna be with you maybe your a shitty owner just saying, in which case you really shouldnt force it
