I bought a book of traditional recipes of Baja today. That series of books usually has all kind of local recipes from particular regions of Mexico and is cheap (it's edited by the government). I thought I was going to find recipes with ingredients hard to find but I wasn't expecting to see turtle, deer and racoon recipes 😐
