Can’t bring their families, and having to pay more, why would anyone want to come? There’s going to be a considerable gap as it takes years to train skilled medical personnel. Add in who wants to do the horrible abbatoir work to keep food available in supermarkets? It won’t be the locals. Hostile environment has consequences - who knew? #Karma
