Someone shared a graph here showing that even with 4MB blocks, the total blockchain size will only reach 4TB by the year 2040. If you have 2TB storage you'll be good for a while yet.
The blockspace still has to be paid for and since most NFTs are scams I don't think there will be much demand for them on Bitcoin. Scam projects tend to be run on scam chains.
