TIL that some instances have click/tap to zoom for emoji. Great idea! This should be #Mastodon’s default feature on the web and in the apps. Looking at three by four pixels and trying to figure out if that dog/fox/whoever is smiling or frowning or has indigestion is no fun. Better alt text would also be a good idea.
