Some of us need to study self care and emotional intelligence like others need to study Calculus.
Things is ... it is a "learnable" subject. Or at least it was for me when I realized how bad it made me feel to not be able to keep up with my friends, not know when people are mad... etc.
Not that I'm good at this stuff. I'm just very proud of my little bit of improvement.
