My doctor's office, the one I called and supposedly have a relationship with, refused to even take my name. Never mind booking an appointment weeks into the future. Now I know they're aren't supposed to do that. But every one of them does anyway.
They sent me on a wild goose chase to find a walk-in clinic for my kid. Driving all around Vancouver, one clinic to the next, all them of refusing _a sick child_.
Imagine how angry this makes people.
