There is a guy across the street who has been using a leaf blower on the footpath/verge on and off for four days in a row.
He was at it for 2 hrs yesterday. There was not a leaf in sight by the time he was done.
He was at it when I left the house this morning. He's back at it now.
It's just rained; the leaves and ground are wet
He's also doing it in front of the 3 houses closest to his.
I am starting to wonder if this guy is okay?
But also the noise. It is very annoying
