Ok, this is surprising. In 2023 Bulgaria decided to enter into negotiations to sell its Balene NPP, two VVER-1000 units that was never actually built, to Ukraine. Now, it decided to actually build them anyway, 15 years after the project was put into "indefinite freeze".
