New problems keep coming up, and I keep boosting them above the long-standing problems, and so there just doesn't seem to be time to work on these core issues.
But then I blow time on perseveration/calming things like simple games. And that is an anxiety symptom -- unable to reach a productive flow state, stuck on the surface.
I mean, I have broken through a few times, but not enough.
