I had been supplementing 200mg of magnesium a day for a while, but I did not expect how profound of an impact upping that to 400 could have on my sleep. Realized I had a jar of 400mg tablets my wife never went through, so figured I'd make sure they didn't go to waste. I'd been having issues getting enough sleep for months because of stress with the job search. Last night I easily got 9+hrs just from upping the magnesium dose from 200 to 400.
