It's amazing to my how much my taste buds have changed. Over the last several years I've been eating more and more #vegan meals. I used to dislike most #vegetables. I had become somewhat of a gourmet home #cook and I got very good at cooking meat, using cheeses, heavy cream, salt, etc. But now I look at vegan recipes and the food looks so delicious. It's hard to imagine never eating meat or animal products again, and maybe someday I'll make the switch completely, but I really love vegan dishes.
