One hot summer day I decided to make gazpacho and, after hours of shopping, prepping, chopping, assembling, etc., the temperature had cooled down to a point where I no longer wanted a cold soup and instead wanted a hot soup and I’m really only writing this to let you know that cooked cucumbers are TERRIBLE so don’t do what I did.
