Terrible idea.
Anyone should have maximal freedom to run computations however they want and to participate to the network, including by providing a censored server.
It's us people that should opt for free speech platforms and censorship resistant ones.
The ideal server is run for the express purpose of furthering the goal of freedom of expression.
